NOT EVERY DREAM COMES TRUE!

Synopsis:

Broadly speaking, life is not a name of merely the biological and physical processes rather it is a complex process of feelings, emotions, sentiments, desires, wishes, habits, and actions. Therefore, we can say that life is the name of biological, physical, psychological, and spiritual processes. All of these processes are very crucial which as a whole make human life a diverse complexity. Similarly, we have different meanings, approaches, understanding, and desires towards life.

Although we see life through different lenses and we all have unique but varying life approaches yet there are so many things that are found as common among human beings. Every normal human being has sudden dreams in his/her and in order to pursue the dreams we sometimes act mad and eventually make our life miserable by losing our hopes.

Similarly, the priorities of life correlate us with others and we sometimes get trapped by the sudden glittering of life without realizing our potential and capabilities by indulging ourselves in unnecessary hankerings which eventually lead us towards a tragic and holocaustic end of life. Julia Roberts describes the life that “the older you get, the more fragile you understand life to be. I think that’s good motivation for getting out of bed joyfully each day.” Actually, life doesn’t stop at a single point rather it keeps on changing continuously and constantly.

The same is the case with priorities of life which also keep on changing parallel to life this is why most of our priorities in our teenage no longer remain priorities of life during adulthood. Hence we can say that life is never ever as easy as we wish and long for rather it is lived whether it is happy or rough.

However, all the ups and downs in life make you strong enough if you learn lessons from them. In fact without challenges life is no more joyous rather it becomes boring therefore one should live it, feel it, accept it and face it because life is a blessing, it is a true gift and the biggest ever reality that we get by chance to live only for once.

Why Dreams Come in Life?

Dreams are the ambitions of life. They are an integral part of life that offer us purpose and goal for living. Dreams are constant they arouse our feelings, and emotions, and drive our life into a world of hope and expectation. Yet according to Omar Galido, “not all dreams are meant to come true, that’s why it’s important to plan to build another dream.”

It is very important as far as dreams are concerned that one has seen dreams by himself/herself and for himself/herself otherwise dreams can cause you great hurt and pain if they are dreamt by others or if you try to live the dreams of others.

As far as the coming of dreams as true is concerned they can come true but there is a secret and according to Elbert Hubbard, “Dreams are realized through the magic of persistence, determination, commitment, passion, practice, focus, and hard work. They happen a step at a time, manifested over years, not weeks.”

Another important factor for dreams in life is that they adjust and accommodate your life as per changes that are constantly taking place and therefore you need to move on accordingly. In simple but not so simple as this that dreams of life are as, as water for fish to swim. As fish can’t swim without water similarly, you can’t live your life without dreams.

Does Every Dream Come True?

Michael Amon has said that “Anyone can have a dream, but not all dreams can come true.” So what if dreams may not come true? Well in this regard we need to understand that those are not dreams which do not come true rather we wish them wrongly. Further dreaming is not a static thing that comes hardly and rarely rather it is a moving force that comes regularly.

Therefore, we need to understand that dreams keep on coming hence we need to move on to them quickly and accordingly however understanding certain dreams is very important as not all the dreams which we see are for us rather all the dreams are not for us except the few.

Phillip Sweet says in this regard, “stay true to yourself, yet always be open to learning. Work hard, and never give up on your dreams, even when nobody else believes they can come true but you. These are not clichés but real tools you need no matter what you do in life to stay focused on your path.” Adding to it dreams do not have any concept of success or failure rather they have a living soul which is why, Abdul Kalam Azad had said that, “dream is not what you see while sleeping, it is something that doesn’t let you sleep.”  One thing that is quite significant and you need to keep in mind is that your dream may click or not because there are multiple factors that are directly and inversely proportional to it.

Mostly when dreams do not come true, individuals take them as personally and even take them so deep in their hearts in terms of attempting or committing suicide which is a great misinterpretation of the philosophy of life. Actually, there is no success or failure in life as far as dreams are concerned rather who consider dreams either success or failures actually, stops dreaming more and eventually lives a dull life or quits living anymore.

What To Do If Dreams May Not Come True?

In this regard, one should never stop dreaming but rather keep on dreaming even if some dreams may not come true. Secondly for bigger dreams, we should have several plans therefore if a certain plan doesn’t work then we need to move on to the next plan and so on but never stop dreaming as the true essence of life is hidden behind dreaming. Similarly, life becomes easier when you realize that it is certain in life that all dreams will never come true.

On the other hand, mostly those dreams that do not come true are dreamt by others therefore make sure that you have your own dreams then surely as in the words of Walt Disney, “all our dreams can come true if we have the courage to pursue them.” Your dreams are your destiny which will come true so day sooner or later.

Conclusion:

Never curse your life even when your dreams do not come true. Just keep on dreaming and make sure that you have your own dreams which reflect your potential, capabilities, and innate qualities. In fact, this is the philosophy of life that never compare yourself with others because you have your own life to live, which is absolutely different from that of others.

Last but not least, your life is so beautiful and amazing no matter which situation and condition it is. Never quit life like a coward rather accept all the hardships and difficulties bravely and live your life, enjoy your life, pursue your life, and thank God for giving you such a precious life. Your journey of life must be exciting hence pursue it with passion, dedication, commitment, and enthusiasm from now on but by dreaming and only dreaming.

Hello Raja Bahar Khan,
Your blog is thought-provoking. While it encourages one to dream, it also urges one to be realistic. One need to dream and work for it genuinely, unmindful of the result, in the sense accept both success and failure in the same vein.
