What we learn, experience, perceive, and observe, often reflects through our behaviour.

Optimist people always focus the opportunities they have while, pessimist people just cry and highlight bad experiences by hiding their weaknesses.

Conversely, toxic or negative relationships can contribute to stress, anxiety, and feelings of isolation.
