Incompetent & Corrupt Judicial System (Poem)

Incompetent & Corrupt Judicial System (A Poem)

Incompetent & Corrupt Judicial System (Poem)

This poem reflects the current judicial system of Pakistan in particular which is losing its credibility among public. Justice is one of the core values of any society that causes flourish as well destruction.

Unfortunately, Pakistan is such a country where doctrine of necessity has always been given high priority due to our weak, incompetent, timid, and compromised judicial system. That's why Pakistan's judicial system ranks 157th position in the world.

"Might is right" quotation exactly fits our judicial system where military establishment has been successful to get decision in their favour even at the cost of abbrogating the constitution of 1973.

This critical poem will give you an idea that how far our outdated judicial system is lagging behind including creating chaos and lawlessness in Pakistan.

Let's now read the poem.

Incompetent & Corrupt Judicial System (Poem)

In the halls of justice, where fairness should prevail,

Resides a system tainted, where truth & trust do fail.

A dance of incompetence, a waltz of

corruption,

Where the innocent tremble, & guilty find redemption.

Once upon a time, Lady Justice stood tall,

Blindfolded, impartial, hearing the cries of all.

But now her scales are tarnished,

unbalanced in design, We witness a theater, where justice is confined.

In courtrooms adorned with lies and deceit,

The guilty walk free, while the innocent retreat.

Lawyers, like vultures, prey on the weak,

Twisting words, obscuring truth, justice they seek to leak.

The wheels of justice turn ever so slow,

The backlog grows, the victims' anguish continues to grow.

Beneath the weight of bureaucracy's heavy hand,

Justice stumbles, fails to take a stand.

The privileged & wealthy, with pockets deep,

Can purchase their freedom, while others weep.

Bribes & favours exchanged behind closed doors,

As justice succumbs to greed, its integrity implores.

The innocent plea, their voices drowned in despair,

As the guilty parade, flaunting their wealth without care.

Laws meant to protect, become tools of oppression,

While the corrupt dance, reveling in their transgression.

Oh, what has become of justice, once so revered?

Now a mockery, a farce, leaving hearts seared.

The cries of the oppressed echo in the night,

Yearning for a system fair, where wrongs are made right.

Let us rise, united, against this monstrous plight,

Demanding reform, exposing the dark under the light.

For a society that thrives on justice, truth, & grace,

Cannot bear the weight of an incompetent, corrupt embrace.

So let us rebuild, brick by brick, stone by stone,

A justice system deserving, where fairness is shown.

For every soul seeking solace, for the truth to prevail,

May justice arise, strong and unwavering, never to fail.
